I like to think that I am fairly good at practicing gratitude ..... but after reading, (and sharing) Patricia LeBlanc's post How to Live a Healthy and Abundant Life the other day, I have been making sure to make note of at least 10 things that I am grateful for.
Today marks the first day that I actually document this by writing them down. Although it is the last day of the month, the best time to start anything is NOW - and I did not want to wait even one more day to get started.
Here are just some of the things that I am grateful for today:
1. Debbie Whitlock's Summer Business Blog Challenge.
2. Patricia LeBlanc's idea for the gratitude journal.
3. Stacia Kennedy - my best friend, lover, wife and soon to be mother to Ava Kalea!
4. Makaya graduating from the City of San Diego Leadership Class!
5. Jacqueline Kennedy and I hope she is having fun (and learning a lot) in Kiev.
6. My mother. I don't think anyone really appreciates their mother enough.
7. Having a decent place to live in America's Finest City.
8. The knowledge and desire on how to eat healthy. #EatClean
9. Having a good blender so I can make us healthy, nutritious and tasty green drinks.
10. Being able to write each and every day!
