Life Changes, Web Partners and Community Advisors Sought for BellevueBusinessJournal.com and Eastside Entrepreneurs Social Network

WOW!  There is just so much good stuff going on that I don't know where to start ...

During the last I've been having some fun helping some friends who have created an awesome "Daily Deals" site that benefits lots of very cool nonprofit and charity organizations.  It is called Deals4Dreams and has had some really amazing "Dream Deals".  Today's deal is $15 for $30 worth of food and drink at Pasta Freska on Westlake in Seattle.

One of the great things about Deals4Dreams is the growing number of amazing nonprofits that D4D is helping.  Deals4Dreams shares it's revenue equally with it's nonprofit partners including Moms6DaysStop NF2ICDICharity WaterNavy Seal FoundationEdmonds Public Schools FoundationCrooked TrailsEastside Baby Corner and Live Glocal.  Just in the last few weeks, Deals4Dreams has secured partnerships with two Seattle area Hall of Famers - The Lenny Wilkens Foundation and The Martinez Foundation founded by Edgar and Holli Martinez.

While it looks like Deals4Dreams is going to take off and expand across the country, my role there, if any, is uncertain - so I've also been pursuing some other great opportunities (although I'm not quite ready to let them out of the bag) and still working in real estate - mostly helping people out of problems and working with investors to take advantage of some of the awesome deals that are out there right now.

As part of my life changes, I have decided to change my roles with both BellevueBusinessJournal.com and Eastside Entrepreneurs.  Both the Bellevue Business Journal news site (which I've kept online after shutting down the newspaper over two years ago) and the Eastside Entrepreneurs Social Network are creations that were designed to help local businesses and I think have done a decent job of doing so.

At this point, I am seeking a partner to run each of these sites, bringing fresh energy, new innovations and a bevy of new advantages to readers, users and members of these sites.  During the past couple of years, I have had a few different people who talked a good story and claimed they could do all sorts of things from planning events, to monetizing the sites, etc, but each time when given the opportunity, they have bailed out.

I am looking for two very special people:  For BellevueBusinessJournal.com: one person who is either involved or has an interested and/or background in business news, social media and internet marketing.  For EastsideEntrerpreneurs.com, I am really looking for a very social person, an online community leader, someone with experience in organizing and promoting events.

Both of these sites have been around for over three years, get decent traffic and have amazing members.  I'm really hoping that someone with time, energy and huge desire steps up real soon to help take them to the next level.  If you are interested or know someone who might be, please contact me.
