Joe Kennedy's AID (Appreciation, Intention and Delegation) statement for January 14, 2012

Here is the video for my AID (Appreciation, Intention and Delegation) statement for today, Saturday January 14, 2012.

I will paste the text of my AID statement for today below in case you missed any of it in the video.

AID – Joe Kennedy, January 14, 2012

Appreciation:
Quiet Saturday morning at the gym.
Being able to swim in an empty pool.
Lots of things to work on – no time to be bored.
Luxury. Fitness. Fun.

Intentions:
Continue AID videos thru the end of the month.
REST – get a lot of sleep.
Work on the JoeAbs.com site – check rss, analytics, email sign up, etc.
Blog at LuxuryFitnessFun.com – start list of “luxury events”

Delegation:
I ask the Universe and my subconscious mind work together to quickly and immediately generate $5000 by February 1st and an income of $10k a month.

I've been learning a lot lately about internet marketing and they say that articles don't show up in the search engines unless they are at least 250 words or longer.  Before i started this paragraph, this post was only 138 words (plus the video).  I suppose it would be smart of me to use some special keywords searches right here, but unfortunately, this is my personal blog and I don't really have a strategy for it.

Now that I am thinking about it, I should probably link to the best health club in Bellevue, Washington - but I still don't know which is the best.  I'm really very perplexed why I have not been able to garner the support and build a partnership  with the good folks at the Bellevue Club or at David Barton Gym ...  I have approached both multiple times and just get ignored.  They would both be good partners for BellevueBusinessJournal.com and EastsideEntrepreneurs.com - I'm willing to bet that most of their members are involved in business on the Eastside of Lake Washington ...

Perhaps I should look for a Bellevue gym that is my open minded and wants to create marketing partnerships?  It would also be real cool to find a club that really promotes proper nutrition - because you know I am all about eating clean ...
