That I have re-started tithing 10% and saving 10% of all my income

I feel like I becoming nutritionally-enlightened and in much better tune with my body.

There are good things happening all around me.

I will soon be working out at a much better gym, during more normal hours.

I am very happy for Tiger Budbill, who got famous from the X-Factor and just released his first single.

Beware of the Dreaded "Text Neck"

BellevueBusinessJournal.com just received a media release about "Text Neck".  Don't get it.  If you do, you should get "Topricin", cause Topricin cures Text Neck. (Publisher's note:  I am not a doctor and have never actually played one on TV - so get your own doc to check you out before using any of that stuff!

Text neck results from frequent texting or looking down at your mobile device for extended periods of time and chiropractors say it is on the rise and is quickly becoming a global epidemic.  For sure - there is even a Text Neck Institute (not a place I want to go).

I'm still looking for a longer article since it is apparently around 180 so far and since I am once again looking for a J.O.B. I should be writing about it.  More keywords would be cool, like Bellevue Employment, Eastside consultant for hire, Bellevue Project Manager, 100% fully trustworthy and discreet personal assistant, Bellevue social media stars, real estate jobs in the Seattle area, estate manager position for a Microsoft millionaire.

If I end up working for a company, it would be cool if it was a tech start up located in downtown Bellevue.  I'd be happy to work any hours necessary and probably put in a lot more than I'm paid for, as that's what I've done in the past.  I could do a lot of different things like project management, special assignments, work trade shows and networking opportunities, speak to groups about your business, shoot - I can basically do anything and welcome the chance to do so.    One note:  I will not work as a salesperson solely compensated on commission - although I am looking for a couple of them to sell ads, sponsorships and business directory listings at BellevueBusinessJournal.com.

I've been learning a lot lately about internet marketing and they say that articles don't show up in the search engines unless they are at least 250 words or longer.  Before i started this paragraph, this post was only 138 words (plus the video).  I suppose it would be smart of me to use some special keywords searches right here, but unfortunately, this is my personal blog and I don't really have a strategy for it.

Now that I am thinking about it, I should probably link to the best health club in Bellevue, Washington - but I still don't know which is the best.  I'm really very perplexed why I have not been able to garner the support and build a partnership  with the good folks at the Bellevue Club or at David Barton Gym ...  I have approached both multiple times and just get ignored.  They would both be good partners for BellevueBusinessJournal.com and EastsideEntrepreneurs.com - I'm willing to bet that most of their members are involved in business on the Eastside of Lake Washington ...

Perhaps I should look for a Bellevue gym that is my open minded and wants to create marketing partnerships?  It would also be real cool to find a club that really promotes proper nutrition - because you know I am all about eating clean ...

Unfortunately, I will not be recording this on video today, as I have been having a number of severe challenges with recording software this morning.  (If you have any suggestions for video recording and/or screen capture recording software I would love to hear about them.

I will live in a downtown Bellevue condo or apartment by February 1^st.  It would be great if I could work out a sponsorship arrangement with Bellevue Towers, Washington Square, The Ashford, The Bravern Apartments so that BellevueBusinessJournal.com could have a home in downtown Bellevue, we could have a meeting place and event space for Eastside Entrepreneurs and I could really let the Eastside know about a great option for living in downtown Bellevue.

Continue to eat clean while, learning to cook a wider variety of healthy foods and recipes.
