What Do You Know About Tumblr?

I'm looking for someone that can simply explain Tumblr for me.  I know that some people use it for their blog.  Some people use Tumblr as their only blog, some have several blogs on one Tumblr account.

For some reason, I have two separate Tumblr accounts, each with their own Tumblr blog.  Shoot, I already have way too many blogs and need to consolidate ...  At Tumblr I have both JoeKennedy and JoeConnector - and the only way that I figured that out is because one of them was posting all my posts at Bellevue Business Journal onto my personal Facebook page ...

Don't even get me started on About.me ....
